° Cuando la Oficina de Registro de Cambios, en virtud de la facultad que le fue conferida por el Artículo 7o del Decreto 331 de 1955, autorice un trueque individual de las mercancías del ser grupo deberá comunicarlo a la Dirección General de Aduanas e indicar todo lo relativo a tal autorización. La Dirección General de Aduanas señalará los puertos para la salida y entrada de tales mercancías.
