Se entiende por empresa de aspersión o aplicación aérea, la persona jurídica, que tenga por objeto social el servicio de apoyo a la producción agropecuaria mediante la aplicación de insumos, y que por lo demás, esté debidamente autorizada para realizar tal actividad.
