CONTENIDO DE LA RESOLUCION DE CONVOCATORIA. La resolución contendrá: -La narración sucinta de los hechos. -Identidad de los procesados. -Breve análisis de las pruebas que establezcan el hecho punible y las que sirvan de fundamento de la imputación al procesado. -La calificación jurídica provisional, señalando el capítulo del título respectivo de la ley penal correspondiente. -La designación del asesor jurídico y del secretario. Esta resolución será notificada de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 659 de este código y contra ella procede el recurso de reposición.
