ARTICULO 2.3.1.6.- PLAZO. No podrán emitirse bonos convencimientos inferiores a un (1) año. No obstante lo anterior, cuando se trate de bonos convertibles en acciones, en el prospecto de emisión podrá preverse que la conversión puede realizarse antes de que haya transcurrido un año contado a partir de la suscripción del respectivo bono.
