Artículo XI . El Gobierno de la República Popular Polaca comunicará, a la mayor brevedad, a todos los Estados Partes en el Convenio, de Varsovia y a todos los Estados signatarios o adherentes al presente Protocolo, así como a la Organización de Aviación Civil Internacional, la fecha de cada una de las firmas, la fecha del depósito de cada instrumento de ratificación o adhesión, la fecha de entrada en vigor del presente Protocolo y demás información pertinente.
