De la composición de los requisitos. Los Jefes de las Unidades de Personal o quienes hagan sus veces, deberán verificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos y calidades exigidas por la ley y demás normas reglamentarias para tomar posesión de un cargo dentro del Sistema Nacional de Salud. El incumplimiento de esta obligación constituye causal de mala conducta.
