ARTICULO 2o. Los servidores públicos vinculados a la Procuraduría General de la Nación y a la Defensoría del Pueblo podrán optar, por una sola vez, antes del veintiocho (28) de febrero de 1993, por el régimen salarial y prestacional establecido en el presente decreto. Los servidores públicos que no opten por el régimen aquí establecido, continuarán rigiéndose por lo dispuesto en las normas legales vigentes a dicha fecha.
