º. El Superintendente de la Economía Solidaria distribuirá los cargos de la Planta Global a que se refiere el artículo primero del presente decreto, mediante acto administrativo y ubicará el personal teniendo en cuenta la estructura interna, las necesidades del servicio y los planes y programas trazados por la entidad.
