° El Gobierno Nacional reconocerá, por concepto de reposición parcial de los gastos en que con motivo de la campaña incurran los aspirantes a integrar la Asamblea Nacional Constitucional, una suma equivalente a trescientos pesos ($ 300.00) moneda corriente, por cada voto válido depositado en favor de cada una de las listas de candidatos inscrita en forma legal.
