º. Modificar el artículo 11 del Decreto 1503 de 2002, el cual quedará así: " Artículo undécimo. Ecopetrol S.A., está obligada a

Suministrar el "Detector" aplicable bajo el procedimiento de "Detección" diseñado por él, a los distribuidores mayoristas, así como a las autoridades y organismos de control que colaboren en la búsqueda de combustibles ilícitos.

Diseñar y aplicar mecanismos que le permitan asegurar la trazabilidad del origen del combustible que entrega o transfiere en custodia y de las certificaciones de marcación que expida.

Parágrafo

Ecopetrol S.A., podrá distribuir el "Detector" directamente o a través de terceros contratados para tal efecto, quienes deberán rendir informe a Ecopetrol S.A., respecto de la entrega que realicen.
