Los empleados nacionales, departamentales o municipales, y; en general, cualesquiera personas o compañías que se hallen al servicio, o bajo la autoridad de entidades oficiales a quienes soliciten datos referentes a las funciones de su cargo, que no lo suministren en el término prudencial y en las condiciones que fije el respectivo Director del ramo, incurrirán en multa de uno a treinta pesos oro, mediante constancia formal de la falta.
