VIGENCIA Y DEROGATORIAS. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, deroga el Decreto Ley 1211 de 1990, con excepción del Capítulo I del Título III; artículos 113, 114, 115, 116, 117 y 118; del Capítulo II del Título III; Título V; Título VIII; artículos 242, 243, 244, 245, 246, 249, 250, 251, 253, 254, 259 261, 262 y 268; del Título IX y demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias. Así mismo deroga la Ley 416 de 1997.
