° En el mes de enero de cada año el Superintendente de Sociedades Anónimas elaborará el Presupuesto de contribuciones y gastos correspondientes al respectivo año, y lo someterá a la aprobación del Gobierno por conducto del Ministerio de Comercio e Industrias. En dicho presupuesto figurarán las contribuciones a cargo de las Compañías Anónimas y el detalle de los gastos que deban atenderse con el monto de esas contribuciones.
