Prohibición de solicitar licencia por cancelación. Cuando se imponga la cancelación de la licencia sanitaria de funcionamiento, no podrá solicitarse una nueva para el mismo establecimiento hasta tanto no se verifique previamente por la autoridad sanitaria que han desaparecido las causas sanitarias que la originaron y de cumplimiento estricto a la legislación sanitaria exigida para dicho fin.
