Art. 8.° En la escritura y los Estatutos de la Compañía industrial de Samacá deberán introducirse las reformas que esto decreto exige, elevándolas á instrumento público por el mismo Notario que autorizó aquella, é incluyendo en él el texto íntegro del presente.
