Calificación de la flagrancia, cuasiflagrancia y confesión simple. En el mismo auto en que se ordene iniciar el proceso investigativo, el funcionario de investigación calificará el estado de flagrancia o cuasiflagrancia. Si el llamado a declarar como procesado confesare en la primera oportunidad para declarar, el funcionario dirá por ante, si considera que la comisión es simple.
