Para Hacerse Acreedores Al Beneficio, Los Interesados Deberán Cancelar Como Abono A Dichas Deudas Una Suma Mínima Anual Determinada Con Base En La Liquidación Privada Del Año Gravable Anterior Al Pago, Así: 15% De La Renta Líquida Hasta $100

° Para hacerse acreedores al beneficio, los interesados deberán cancelar como abono a dichas deudas una suma mínima anual determinada con base en la liquidación privada del año gravable anterior al pago, así: 15% de la renta líquida hasta $100.000.00. 30% de la renta líquida que exceda de $100.000.00.

Parágrafo

En caso de que el contribuyente no hubiese presentado a un la liquidación privada, del año gravable anterior al pago, la amortización anual se calculará provisionalmente con base en la última liquidación privada,
