Recolección de apoyos por correo. Los respaldos también podrán ser remitidos por correo que deberá ser certificado, debiendo la persona que desee apoyar la iniciativa legislativa o la solicitud de referendo consignar la información requerida y firmar en la forma prevista en el artículo anterior. El documento donde firme podrá ser un formulario, una copia del mismo o un formato donde aparezca la información exigida en el artículo 16. El Estado asumirá los costos del envío de los formularios firmados.
