°. Término para efectuar la devolución . La devolución de los dos (2) puntos del impuesto sobre las ventas pagado se deberá efectuar cada tres (3) meses, en los meses de enero, abril, julio y octubre, en lo que corresponde a las adquisiciones de bienes o prestación de servicios realizadas en el trimestre inmediatamente anterior.
