Artículo tercero. El trabajo de los presos será igualmente remunerado por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas, teniendo como base un jornal diario de sesenta centavos ($ 0.60) para cada uno. El trabajo podrá ser remunerado por tarea o a destajo, casos en los cuales se fijarán los precios unitarios de común acuerdo entre el Director de la obra y el Comandante del Campamento; pero la liquidación no podrá ser inferior al jornal diario ya dicho.
