Art. 10. Se entenderá que hay falta ABSOLUTA cuando ocurre alguno de los hechos que dejan vacante el puesto, conforme á los artículos 5º. y 6º.

Hay falta TEMPORAL cuando la vacante ocurre por licencia concedida al empleado, enfermedad ó suspensión del mismo.

Hay falta ACCIDENTAL cuando ocurre impedimento ó inhabilidad en el empleado para ejercer sus funciones en determinado negocio, pero es indispensable que la existencia del impedimento ó inhabilidad se hayan declarado judicialmente.
