Ningún Catedrático ni empleado de la Facultad podrá; en su carácter de tal, expedir certificación de ninguna especie que no haya ordenado el Rector y que éste no haya autorizado. Artículo 25. En caso de urgente necesidad el Rector podrá conceder á los Profesores licencia hasta por treinta días para separarse del servicio de su cargo, dando parte al Ministro para que nombre un sustituto. Corresponde al Ministro de Instrucción Pública conceder licencias por mayor tiempo conforme á las disposiciones legales.
