Al efectuarse el tránsito aduanero las mercancías no serán objeto de inspección o reconocimiento aduanero durante el trayecto, salvo en la medida que se considere estrictamente necesario para garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas y reglamentos que las Aduanas tienen la obligación de hacer cumplir. En tal circustancia, la inspección se hará tratando de no detener más del tiempo necesario la marcha del vehículo.
