Art. 320. Cuando las mercancías que se introduzcan por los puertos del Pacífico hayan venido del Atlántico por la via de Colon, los manifiestos que se presenten a las Aduanas do dichos puertos serán hechos de conformidad con el sobordo que se forme al cargar el buque en Panamá, teniendo en cuenta

el que debió hacerse del puerto de la procedencia. Dicho manifiesto será certificado por el Administrador principal de Hacienda nacional en Panamá.
