Quienes Para Obtener Tarjeta Profesional Deban Acreditar Que Han Ejercido De Manera Continua El Periodismo Durante 3 O 5 Años, Presentarán, Además, Al Ministerio De Educación Nacional Un Certificado De Idoneidad Y Antecedentes En El Desempeño De Dicha Actividad Expedido Por La Directiva De Una Organización Gremial Periodística, Sindical O Patronal, Con Personería Jurídica

° Quienes para obtener tarjeta profesional deban acreditar que han ejercido de manera continua el periodismo durante 3 o 5 años, presentarán, además, al Ministerio de Educación Nacional un certificado de idoneidad y antecedentes en el desempeño de dicha actividad expedido por la directiva de una organización gremial periodística, sindical o patronal, con personería jurídica. Dicho certificado deberá otorgarse dentro de los 15 días siguientes a la fecha de su solicitud. Vencido el plazo sin haberse obtenido el interesado podrá acudir a otra organización gremial.

Parágrafo

Para obtener tal certificado no se requiere formar parte de la agremiación que haya de expedirlo.
