º. El Comité Técnico de Asuntos Espaciales estará integrado por sendos representantes designados por cada uno de los miembros de la Comisión Colombiana del Espacio.

Parágrafo

Podrán ser invitados a las deliberaciones del Comité Técnico, con derecho a voz pero sin voto, los funcionarios públicos y ciudadanos particulares que puedan contribuir a ilustrar sobre los asuntos a tratar.
