Modificar el numeral 1 del artículo 8° del Decreto 261 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 8°. Funciones del Comité Técnico. Serán funciones del Comité Técnico las siguientes:" 1) Sesionar ordinariamente una vez por bimestre y al menos ocho (8) días antes de cada sesión de la Comisión Intersectorial de Seguimiento al Sistema Penal Oral Acusatorio para preparar los informes que esta requiera.
