ARTICULO 17. De la responsabilidad disciplinaria. Cuando los empleados responsables de adelantar el proceso de inscripción en carrera administrativa incumplan con las normas o procedimientos establecidos en el presente Decreto, se harán acreedores a la sanción disciplinaria a que haya lugar, que será impuesta por la autoridad competente, sin perjuicio de la acción penal que se derive de tal hecho.
