Artículo único. Trasládase en el Presupuesto de Gastos para el bienio en curso, del Departamento de Guerra, capítulo 50, artículo 235, 2.°, al Departamento del Tesoro, capítulo 68, artículo 293, 7.°, para pagar el sueldo del Oficial Mayor, á $ 1,800 anuales, el saldo de $ 784-10. En la Sección de contabilidad del Ministerio de Guerra se contracreditará la partida en referencia, y en la del Ministerio del Tesoro se abrirá la cuenta respectiva.
