Corresponde en especial a la Sección de Adquisiciones y Suministros:

Recibir y suministrar todos los elementos adquiridos por la División Administrativa, verificando su calidad y especificaciones ;

Llevar el kárdex de todos los elementos;

Manejar y controlar los inventarios de elementos devolutivos y de consumo;

Realizar todos los trámites, tendientes a dar de alta los elementos que por su uso ya no sirven; e) Las demás que le señale el Superintendente y el Secretario General.
