Prohibición de la utilización. DIMAR en ningún caso podrá autorizar la investigación y operación de las naves y artefactos navales si alguno de los conceptos expedidos por las entidades de que tratan los artículos anteriores es negativo. De igual forma, DIMAR negará la realización de la investigación proyectada cuando el solicitante tenga alguna obligación, de las relacionadas en el artículo 16 del presente decreto, pendiente con entidades públicas colombianas y resultante de investigaciones anteriores.

Decreto 644 de 1990 · por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente el Decreto-ley 2324 de 1984, se establece el trámite de las solicitudes para realizar investigaciones científicas o tecnológicas marinas en los espacios marítimos jurisdiccionales colombianos y se dictan otras disposiciones.
