- Para la práctica de pruebas en los procesos a que se refiere el artículo 12 de este Decreto, podrá comunicarse a cualquier Tribunal o Juzgado del País, a funcionarios de Instrucción, como también cada Magistrado a los Abogados Asistentes. En este caso, actuará como Secretario, para la práctica de las diligencias o pruebas de que se trate, el respectivo Auxiliar Judicial.
