Solicitud de registro de víctimas pertenecientes al pueblo Rrom y sus Kumpañy. En los casos en que un miembro del pueblo ROM haya sufrido un daño individual como consecuencia de los hechos de los que trata el artículo 3° del presente decreto, y este no tenga efectos colectivos, la solicitud de inscripción en el registro, así como el procedimiento y los recursos se regirá por lo dispuesto en los artículos 154 a 158 de la Ley 1448 de 2011.
