Las normas científicas, las de orden público sanitario, las que impliquen el ejercicio de deberes y derechos y las de vigilancia, prevención y control del servicio público de salud, son de obligatorio cumplimiento para las instituciones del subsector privado a que se refieren los artículos anteriores.
