° Liquidación facturas a inquilinatos. Las facturas correspondientes a inquilinatos se liquidarán de la siguiente manera: El consumo total del inquilinato se dividirá por el número de hogares o núcleos familiares independientes que lo habiten con el propósito de encontrar el consumo familiar promedio, el cual se liquidará aplicando el procedimiento descrito en el artículo 6° El valor resultante se multiplicará por el número de familias que habiten el inquilinato y al resultado se le sumará un solo cargo fijo correspondiente al estrato socioeconómico en que se encuentre clasificado el inmueble a fin de obtener la factura total del inquilinato.
