º . Se consideran satisfactorias las garantías cuya cuantía sea igual o superior a la obligación principal, mas los intereses y sanciones calculados hasta la fecha en la cual venza el plazo para el otorgamiento de la garantía, de acuerdo can lo estipulado en el artículo 11 del presente Decreto.
