ARTICULO 26 . A partir del 1º de enero de 1994, los funcionarios que desempeñen el cargo de carácter administrativo denominado director de ayudas educativas del Inem vinculados antes del 31 de diciembre de 1981, devengarán como asignación básica mensual la suma de doscientos sesenta y seis mil trescientos noventa y dos pesos ($266.392.00) moneda corriente, y los nombrados con posterioridad al 1º de enero de 1982, la suma de doscientos cuarenta y cuatro mil trescientos treinta y seis pesos ($244.336.00) moneda corriente mensuales.
