Artículo único. La pensión de que debe disfrutar el Capitan Dionisio Olano Delgado, de acuerdo con la lei 36 de 1876, es la de diez i seis pesos sesenta i cinco centavos ($ 16-65 cs.) mensuales, diferencia entre las dos terceras partes del sueldo mensual de un Capitan i las dos terceras partes del sueldo mensual de un Subteniente.

Parágrafo

El error cometido en la lei citada se reparará por lo que hace al tiempo trascurrido desde la fecha de ella hasta la de la presente, pagando al agraciado lo que corresponda, al respecto de seis pesos sesenta i cinco centavos ($ 6-65 cs.) mensuales.
