º Aplicación a entidades vigiladas por la Superintendencia de Valores . Las obligaciones de que tratan los artículos 1º a 5º y 7º del presente Decreto se aplicarán también a las sociedades comisionistas y administradoras de fondos de inversión, en cuyo caso la Superintendencia de Valores tendrá las facultades que tales normas le otorgan a la Superintendencia Bancaria. Tratándose de comisionistas de bolsa, los mecanismos de control de que trata este Decreto se podrán adoptar por medio de las respectivas Bolsas de Valores, sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo 5º
