Cuando falleciere el arrendatario, la notificación personal se hará á alguna de las personas que habiten la finca, y además se insertará un aviso firmado por el Juez y su Secretario, en un periódico del Departamento ó cualquier otro. La inserción se hará por tres veces, con intervalos por lo menos de seis días, y los periódicos se agregarán, autenticados, á las respectivas diligencias.
