Cuando las autoridades del orden nacional, departamental, distrital, municipal o los entes de control, remiten despachos comisorios a las personerías, deberán garantizar los recursos necesarios para lograr el cumplimiento de los mismos, cuando la labor comisionada se deba realizar fuera del área urbana de su jurisdicción.
