ARTICULO 29. Régimen de Transición. - Los presupuestos aprobados para FONADE, establecimiento público, serán ejecutados por FONADE - Empresa Industrial y Comercial del Estado. Mientras sea compatible con este Decreto, la empresa industrial y comercial del Estado entrará a operar con la actual estructura interna, reglamentos internos y planta de personal.
