Los Alcaldes que no cumplan con los deberes que les impone este Decreto, que no visen las guías antes de que las reses hayan sido beneficiadas ó que permitan el sacrifico en los mataderos sin que se presenten las guías, incurrirán en una multa de diez pesos ($ 10) oro á cien pasos ($ 100) oro sin perjuicio de la pena que tenga señalada en el Código Penal por omisión en el cumplimiento de sus deberes. Dicha multa será impuesta por el respectivo Jefe político de la Provincia é ingresará al tesoro nacional.
