Con imputación al Departamento de Vigencias Expiradas, capítulo 46, artículo 284, se legaliza el pago de dos mil setecientos cincuenta y nueve pesos y ochenta y ocho centavos ($2.759-88) oro, hecho por el Administrador de Hacienda de Tundama, en el mes de enero de 1909, por encontrarse la constancia de haberse cubierto las nóminas respectivas, según la relación expedida por la Corte de Cuentas.
