°. Inhabilidades e Incompatibilidades de los Profesionales. Los profesionales estarán sujetos al régimen de inhabilidades e incompatibilidades establecido en el Decreto-ley 973 de 1994 y las normas que lo modifican o adicionan, siempre y cuando no sea contrario a la naturaleza del Organismo Técnico Científico para la Salud, sin perjuicio de que el Gobierno Nacional reglamente la materia.
