Actuación especial de fiscalización . La actuación especial de fiscalización es una acción de control fiscal breve y sumaria, de respuesta rápida frente a un hecho o asunto que llegue al conocimiento de la Contraloría General de la República a través del Sistema de Alertas de Control Interno, o a cualquier órgano de control fiscal por medio de comunicación social o denuncia ciudadana, que adquiere connotación fiscal por su afectación al interés general, la moralidad administrativa y el patrimonio público.
