Art. 132 Para gozar de esta última exencion, habrá de presentar el inmigrante certificacion consular en que conste que habiendo estado domiciliado en un país estranjero . viene a establecerse en éste. A esta certificacion deberá venir adjunta una factura consular de los efectos que se espresan en el artículo anterior.
