Art. 3.° El Poder Ejecutivo distribuirá las precedentes sumas por departamentos, capítulos, artículos y parágrafos, conforme á los cuadros anexos al proyecto de Presupuesto de Rentas y Gastos para la vigencia económica de 1882 á 1883, presentado por el mismo Poder Ejecutivo, los cuales se tendrán como incorporados al texto de la presente ley.
