Correcciones . Cuando en el proceso administrativo tributario el contribuyente, responsable o agente retenedor haya corregido su declaración privada, aceptando total o parcialmente los valores propuestos en el requerimiento especial o determinados en la liquidación oficial de revisión, el mayor impuesto a cargo aceptado en la corrección no podrá ser objeto de la terminación por mutuo acuerdo.
