Autorizase a la Junta de Conversión para admitir al cambio expresado, hasta el 1°. de septiembre venidero, las monedas de plata nacional antigua que tengan la ley exigida al efecto por la citada 45 de 1913, aunque esta circunstancia no conste en leyenda visible. Sino que se establezca por medio de peritos nombrados por la Junta o las respectivas Comisiones de Cambio.
